If you're looking for a bolt on solution, I recommend going with the Ultra-Fab Hitch Mounted Steel Rollers # UF48-979017 which are designed for 2-1/2" hitch receivers. While these are designed to be used at the rear of your RV on a hitch, I believe they will also provide you with the appropriate solution on your receiver mounted on the back of your vehicle.

Since the location of your hitch pin hole and the safety chain tabs don't allow you to use a skid wheel like part # UF48-979020 or # RM-050, the only other option that may work is if you welded a skid wheel like part # UF48-979021 onto the bottom of your hitch receiver. It sounds like you have a set of the Ultra-Fab Rotating Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels # UF48-979014.
These are supplied with straight carriage bolts, not u-bolts, for installation. U-bolts might distort the bracket that is attached to the caster. My contact at Ultra-Fab said that for this item you can use Grade 5 (USA) or Grade 8 (China) hardware of the appropriate length for your application, but not u-bolts. The size lube plate needed will be dependent on the size of the skid plate on your 5th wheel hitch. For a Husky Silver Series 5th wheel hitch like yours, you'd want to use a 10 inch plate like the # HT34914 that you'd looked at. Hitches with a larger skid plate such as the Reese # RP30922 M5 Series would use a 12 inch lube plate like # RP83001.

The first thing you are going to want to do is consult the owners manual of your 2011 Jeep Liberty to determine if it can be flat towed or if anything additional is needed to tow the vehicle. From the research I did, all wheel drive models with automatic transmissions and models with 2 wheel drive and a 6 or 5 speed can only be towed on a trailer.

I first contacted RBW concerning compatibility of their X16 hitch with other brands of base rails, but since they exited the hitch business about 5 years ago they were unable to help me. My contact at Reese was unable to verify the RBWs fit to their base rail kit, but advised you can check compatibility by measuring the spacing for the mounting legs on your hitch.
